Try now to run FRST, click Addition.txt and attach both reports.

Download attached fixlist.txt on the same location as FRST (otherwise the fix won't work)
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to the operating system

Open FRST, and click Fix. Attach me that report after it is finished.

I am so sorry. I can't seem to do this for some reason. I have FRST on my desktop and downloaded the fixlist.tex. It is in downloads. I can't seem to get it to desktop. I must be doing something wrong.

When I save Fixlist, it doesn't ask me where to put it. It goes straight to downloads.

Just put both files (FRST and fixlist) on the Desktop. Open FRST and click Fix.
