plz help me to remove these pop ups from my laptop and my mobile

Can someone please help me I have got this pop ups on my Acer aspire laptop and htc desire android called cloud scout and I also get adchoice from Google. I don't know what do do to remove them I first got it on my mobile and because I use my mobile internet to go online I got it on my laptop to . Plzzzzzzz hellpppppp thanks a lot guys

That being told, if any evidence of illegal OS, software, cracks/keygens or any other will be revealed, any further assistance will be suspended. If you are aware that there is this kind of stuff on your machine, remove it before proceeding!

PC seems clean. Probably mobile is infected. I do not provide help for mobile devices, you'll need to ask in other part of forum.
