That happened to my dad's pc too nothing fixed it except a "reformat/reset"

Try restoring to a restore point, instead of all install and uninstall circus.

This is the problem: I wanna use Camtasia Studio 8.3 on Windows 8.1, but vmwcore.dll is missing, that dll is related to windows media player, and i cant use it without WMP.

Do you have Windows Media Player enabled via the Windows Features? If not, enable it or re-install it (using checkbox / reboot).

Thanks mate, you're the best! I enabled it I cant run Camtasia so i'll try again after reboot.
