I got bitten by Tor bug the other day, and Proton has a webpage encouraging its use (that's how I read it) -- so via Tor I went to the proton.onion login and the SSL certificate fingerprint does not match the one published on the proton website that was supposedly updated Aug 2024. Anyone else notice this? Perhaps the certificate was updated and Proton has not updated its webpage...

It's possible that ProtonMail has updated their SSL certificate and hasn't updated the information on their website yet. However, for your safety, don't log in until you can confirm the certificate's authenticity. You should contact ProtonMail's support team directly to clarify this discrepancy.

I agree I did not login with that connection. So far proton support has not replied it my question and it has been about +18 hours since I asked them about this...
