PUP.Optional.Legacy removal killed my pc

My internet connection was horrible so I run de adwcleaner and found a PUP.Optional.Legacy.
I cleaned it and the internet got better but after restarting the pc, the adwcleaner found it again. So I followed the steps I found here: How to remove PUP.Optional.Legacy adware (Virus Removal Guide).
All the steps were ok until I had to restart the pc in the end. Now it don't even turns on. And after trying many times it did open but nothing works. It is veeeery slow and the screen turnes off.

Any idea about how to solve it?

You'll need to explain it better. Programs we use for malware removal cannot harm your computer.
