Lately, I accidentally deleted my WhatsApp messages between me and one of my clients, which is important for my business.
I tried iCloud backup first but failed. So I turned to a third-party tool, then I found ChatsBack. As the product page shows, It is noted as a WhatsApp data recovery tool and can recover almost all kinds of WhatsApp data. Since I never use such a third-party tool, I'm a little bit cautious about it.
Does anybody use ChatsBack? Is it useful? Is it safe to use?

First of all, I'm not familiar with your mentioned software ChatsBack

We should consider it's a small risk to trust such kind of software about your personal data (whatsapp: chats, photos, videos, etc.)

It's always recommended to check unknown software:

VirusTotal shows detection by 3 AV, included Sophos: PUA (Potentially Unwanted Application)

AnyRun: "no threats detected"

Hybrid Analysis: Malicious - Threat Score: 80/100

Hi Thank you so much for the message, actually, I have used this software already and got my messages back, all my data are safe still. It's more useful and safer than I expected.

Microsoft doesn't consider this a PUP/Malicious. So it's a safe app then.

I feel the same way; you can be adamant when using a third-party tool. My iPhone's contact was lost when I updated it with the new version and a friend of mine recommend AceThinker Fone Keeper to restore them. I was really scared to use it but I have to because of the data I lost, luckily I was able to retrieve them with the help of the tool and my iPhone was also updated in the new version.
