Solved Question file malware or false positive?

I'm curious if I repeatedly posted the same thing over and over would it irritate all of you, I mean would this be a trigger? Asking for a friend

That one looks like safe to use...

because other Burn_Card_Maker.exe is clean in VT more my Burn_Card_Maker.exe of hash 91c707f73b4a0d13d4ad0906ea9cee5925c2fa59c7f54c1d88375c81238d7d1f has 3 or 4 detections in VT and in hybrid analysis?

I mean the funny fact is if this guy is really being targeted by a advanced attacker and here we are telling him 'your paranoid, it's in your head'. Ironic? Probably
