So i was already following a step by step guide via email with another malware bytes technician. Because malware bytes could not run, so he walked me thorugh some tasks that removed malware that was blocking malware bytes. Thats what i assumed happened at least. I preformed a scan, it deleted many trojans and such. Everythin seemed fine, until i couldnt connect to the internet. I've summarized that due to the absense of a malware program, my internet is messed up. Before i realized that, i restarted my internet and PC many times in attemps to fixing it.
I need assistance ASAP since i despratley need to be able to use my internet, thanks in advance.

I just noted that you will not assist users who use priacy programs, i do have Vuze in my possesion but i no longer have a need for it. I've attempted to uninstall it and my computer blue screens so i just left it there.

Hello,

FRST.gif
Fix with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.
