They have horrible support, I have messaged them many times about issues and they don't reply even after a month.
No Support confirmed.

Are you re-installing using the same file you used on your previous installations, or a new download from their website? (ie. no wrapper or personalised link)

Why not just apply a new license from Extended Trial - OkayFreedom VPN Premium - Free for 1 Year & Unlimited traffic (still working)

Sometimes that happens, but the past has happened to me, the program leaves you a log and there is nothing to do, just ...
1: format. which is not worth it.
2: Go to the previous point of the installation.
3: If you have a backup before you have installed the program, use it. :giggle:

Try this:

1. Install Everything
2. Boot in Safe Mode
3. Uninstall OkayFreedom
4. Launch Everything, search for Steganos and manually delete all folders and related files
5. Launch Regedit. Find the key Steganos and delete all occurences.
6. Do some cleaning with CCleaner and Scan for Issues

HTH.

NOTE: I advice you to create a System Restore Point first.
