Well, it didn't affect my pc in a bad way, so I kept it till now. It also got an update in December 2019 after years, so I just wanted to see if they still work on it.

ActiveX is no longer used, unless you're using Internet Explorer 11 with ActiveX. Cookies are harmless files. Your browser extensions protect you from dangerous sites, and Adguard Desktop covers all the remaining Internet-connected apps.
