I thought that when I get driver updates from windows updates it will be optimized better for my machine, or it is the same as the manufacture website?

Drivers available from Windows Update are Not Optimized for Your machine, they are the same for everybody.

I used NVCleanstall to install the latest version without GeForce experience and disabled telemetry and advertising, I think it is a clean way to get the driver without bloat.
