It's not so easy to pin it down that way, because if I don't do very much during the session, I can usually reboot successfully. It's only after a lot of activity that I have the problem.There might be a software or driver that causing the problem. Try to use 'clean boot' so you can easily eliminate the software that causing conflicts.
I'm gonna save your post, and if the problem crops up again, I will give this a try.Have tried this. It could be worth a shot.Run a cmd prompt as Administrator. Then copy and paste the below .
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
