I noticed that some ad are not blocked by adblock and some are not by adblock+

They both use the same filter list(Easylist). I recommend you remove one. Each addon will fight to block the ads which will make your browsing slow. Just visit Easylist website and subscribe for additional filter lists.

Any AdBlocker won't remove ads by 100%. Nothing is perfect.
That's why in ADP+ has Right click -> block element (not sure about AdBlock because i didn't use it).
I'm using Easylist, Malware domains, Social blocking list and Easy privacy and unchecked "Allow some non-intrusive advertising". Also make sure you have your lists up-to-date.

ok I get rid of ADBlock, I'm a bit lazy that's why I had both, I will manually block ads :)

You can also try element hiding helper addon(not sure if this is available for chrome) with which you can block ads that are missed. Also as DaZa9 pointed out, uncheck "Allow non-intrusive ads" under filter preference.
