FWIW I was sorta locked out of MT for about 36 hours. Jack replied to my email and said it was something on MT's end and was fixed, but I was still "locked out." Actually, I could login, although 2fa was a bit of a sticky wicket, and when I did get 2fa to finally login me in -- the login dropped out when I clicked first link in MT. I'm solidly logged in now on a "special machine" -- so the failures are not exactly pin-pointed yet. Might be somehow related to 2fa and its default 30-day switch. Not sure, or Jack & the MT team fixed the problem. I'll update if I can ID the specific problem.
Hey @simmerskool

Thanks for the update! I’m still investigating this. It seemed like the issue was resolved earlier, but the caching problem has returned. I’ll keep working on it and let you know as soon as I find a permanent solution.

I'm also occasionally experiencing the login dropout issue, especially when using a VPN. The "Stay logged in" option helps or works in this case.

The login/cache issue has now been resolved.
If you experience this problem again or still have any related issues, please let me know.

Thank you for your patience!
Thanks Jack! I am logged in with firefox and appear to be staying logged from a typical VM running firefox. As you noted in email, on your end you disabled 2fa for my account, and login this afternoon was aok without 2fa. But this does not definitively pin-point that 2fa / 30-day switch was my issue as you were doing things on my end. I will re-enable 2fa later today and see what happens. Appreciate your help!

When I click "MalwareTips" at the top to the left, a YT video either play in background without opening YT or opens its website:

I was also experiencing issues with human verification prompts and page loading errors, but they have since resolved.
Intriguing, I have never seen any human verification requests here on MalwareTips since I registered here in 2022. However, on other websites that I often visit, these CAPTCHAs appear from time to time. :)

I have seen human verification requests on MT, although not frequent, in addition to "bad gateway" form time to time, and few other servers issues.
Not a long time ago, there was a glitch; clicking on MT logo (top left) to reload the page resulted in palying YT video.

Strange, it doesn't appear for me. I believe that my IP, although dynamic, shouldn't change very often due to my ISP, and I've also been connected to MT all the time lately, so maybe that explains why this CAPTCHA doesn't appear for me. BTW, is everything okay with you?(y)
