SpyHunter scan false positive?

There was only some adware, but then the trojan was also discovered.

Hi Everyone,

I ran a scan using SpyHunter on my mac (has Big Sur) and it identified a
severe trojan threat (See attached screen shot below).

I looked more into ksinstall and from what I read it seems like ksfetch is
used by google chrome to fetch its updates, so I assume that ksinstall is to install
the updates (correct me if I'm wrong). So is SpyHunter just seeing this file
as malware incorrectly?

Thanks for the feedback Viking.

I figured something was off when I started looking into
what ksinstall is. I have Kapersky and ran multiple scans and also used the free version of Avast to
run a full scan and had no concerning files pop up.

Guess I'll stay clear of SpyHunter.
