I'm using the free portable version.

It was a bug on licence server side, fixed a few hours later (sorry). Should no longer happen.

Why does it take sooooo.... long to load the list of monitored programs when the program is opened? 43 seconds for 98 entries!

Why don't they load instantly? The update scan is quicker than that.

Well this isn't the original website but you're right.
It's available as beta: Bandizip - Download Beta Version

Anyway most user prefer stable so the check should use stable as default

If I close and reopen, I get a quick load. If I reboot it takes about 10 seconds, but usually I just run SUMo weekly, and then it takes a huge time to load (and this is on SSD, FWIW). Something is changing or needing to be refreshed, but I have no idea. Hope Kyle has suggestions. FWIW I have a lifetime license.
