What is your experience with G Data?G Data Internet Security is installed on all of my devices. No second-opinions scanners (I do not need them). I have set G Data's firewall to Maximum Protection and disabled autopilot in BEAST settings.

Now it is much lighter than it used to be years ago. I do recommend using G Data. What is your experience with G Data?
I agree Only why use that many browsers? Maybe Edge with switching profiles like @security123 does could work?Your config looks simple but highly effective and solid.
Thank you for your suggestion. Could you please elaborate more?I agree Only why use that many browsers? Maybe Edge with switching profiles like @security123 does could work?
Well, I know Kaspersky is not very effective when it comes to detecting PUPs but I am very careful and I do not install software too often.A pair of additional periodic scanners would be welcome, specially against PUP/PUA/Adware

Why did you change from Kaspersky to Bitdefender?Revived an old Acer laptop by adding 8GB Adata ram and Adata SU630 Sata SSD.
Changed from Kaspersky to Bitdefender. Stopped using Kerish Doctor.
Browsing is faster with Bitdefender (Https scanning is enabled in both). I like the automaticity of BD and better pricing. One more thing is the Bitdefender Central app which allows you to update and scan your devices from your mobile. It also gives you insights on detected threats and blocked urls. Why did you change from Kaspersky to Bitdefender?
After enabling automatic Profiles feature in Bitdefender. Everything seems to be fine now.I observed high cpu usage of the main BD service when system is booting and I could hear unprecedented fan noise.
