The meaning of life (just for fun) ;).

This one is totally for fun, but I was curious what everyone thought the meaning of life might be.

There are probably many meanings of life, but my best guess is...

The meaning of life is to consciously observe, explore, interact with and appreciate the physical universe. The physical universe would be kind of pointless otherwise. Imagine the physical universe without life. It would be cold, dark and barren, and without purpose.

One might be an insignificant spec of dust in the universe, but we give meaning to life by what we conjure up in our brains. We can create things, as opposed to the chanced origins that we may have. And we mark our time by the artifacts of creations that we make. Coders code, painters paint, musicians record. And we can conjure up a purpose to guide ourselves, and guide the human race.

For me, meaning of life is whatever we define it to be. I find it that philosophical questions are not bound to natural laws of reality, but by our mind capable of understanding. So there are no clear definitions to define it as in let's say equation. But really.. who knows, we only experience our life trough ourselves, and our body and mind are capable of only that much to grasp.

So my meaning of life is: "This morning, with her, having coffee"

Imagine the physical universe without life. It would be cold, dark and barren, and without purpose.

You would still have beauty: supernovas, black holes, Kepler-70b (if you need warmth) just nobody to watch it. The purpose of life should be to care for each other (nature and animals included) and not destroy everything we (humanity) touch. Now look how we do with the planet so far.

Every Human Being is made of quite the same things, but we all think, act and do things in very different ways.
Why is it like that!
Its because of the software inside us.
Just like a computer or a mobile our body i.e. the hardware is basically the same. But we can install different software to make the PC or the mobile work differently and its quite the same with us.

And as for my life the most important thing is to find out whats beyond us. I am pretty sure that there's life everywhere in the Universe and beyond. There's life that is more primitive than us and there's some which are at par with us and there are others which are much superior than us. Life is part and parcel of the world and it exists everywhere and in different forms.
There may be some people here in our world who know about other forms of life but for some reason they are not bringing it out to the public. But I am sure we will get to know this very soon and when it happens our own meaning of life will change a lot.
