I assure you that the hub results are not the reason why I stopped using Thor. It is a great product but it needs some work. You can pai it with SecureAPlus if you are a bit worried.THIS .
It is one of the lightest solutions, I wanted it to be good because I really liked their approach. It's protection without all the crap I do not need !
And I agree with what you said above, for the careful user it is sufficient !
But I was disappointed personally after I saw the HUB results because I really wanted it to be great because I liked it.
A charge to my CC..... and NO key sent. Support is miserable, at best.Still waiting here as well.

I did a small test and created a support ticket for something completely different. I'm curious if they still are as fast last time I talked with them. I'll update here a.s.a.p. Stay tuned...

I would rather recommend you simply use their support page and create a ticket there instead. I always used that and also now. Check here :
