Malware protection
Avast Free Antivirus, WiseVector StopX, Comodo Internet Security

Overkill and useless. CIS => The version with the antivirus?
If you are on Comodo Firewall, it is not CIS.
Then, WiseVector and Avast together, it's not a good idea, nor with Comodo (I tried both, I had big crashes).
I would recommend you to remove one of the 3 programs and to keep WiseVector as a complement if you keep Avast, or to couple it with another antivirus (like Microsoft Defender)

It is also not recommended by WiseVector:

Can WiseVector StopX work alongside other security software?

WiseVector StopX is compatible with most other security software. However, it is not recommended to install multiple AV on the same computer, so as to avoid possible conflicts and high system resource usage. Avast and AVG are incompatible with WiseVector StopX at present.
