Advice Request uBlock Origin for Edge Chromium, manual update or not?

Hi, when I visit Releases · gorhill/uBlock, it says 1.29.0 is released yesterday.
My current version s 1.28.4 version that I downloaded from the link mentioned in the link above, which is:

Still today, it is 1.28.4.
How to manually update it? Turning on the developer's mode, in the Edge and then clicking on the Update, didn't fetch the latest Update 1.29.0

Any idea?

Whichever version is shown on the Chrome Web Store / Edge Add-ons web page is the latest version available.

Have a little patience.

It takes time for extensions to go through review process. Sometimes a day or two or even more. As stated in the release note, he hasn't even submitted it to the Chromium store, for Edge the addon is published by Nik Rolls but don't know if he has submitted yet and it's available for Firefox at the moment.

There's always lag time. M$ Store seems to roll out first. Chrome Web Store releases take weeks after Firefox. Firefox is not out yet, so patience is required indeed!

Actually it's available for Firefox now. It didn't automatically updated, I had to manually check for extensions update.

Trying to manually update by turning off the uBlock Origin, didn't work in Edge Chromium.
