I can't say but it simply doesn't matter. FF use Disconnect's tracking lists and your µBO filters contain more specific filters among the various lists. I just don't see an issue here.
As @oldschool said, there is no harm in keeping them enabled. On Firefox, uBO is prioritized over Firefox's built-in rules. So, in case, uBO doesn't block something that would get blocked by Firefox. It's the other way around for chromium based browser's built-in privacy features.
