Have you tried Crystal Security ? (best free cloud-base scanner I ever seen)
(I often scan recent malware on a special folder with ZAM (licence)/MBAM (lifetime licence)/Crystal Security, and I am very disappointed by the results from MBAM, this last 6 months).

You could consider a 3rd party password manger as well as system back up solution.The latter has some good free options for consideration.

I have windows 10 iso, can that be good enough? because i dont know how to system back up.

Good configuration out there.

Likely add another on demand scanner like Hitman Pro or Zemana AM for another second opinion reference.

Better to conduct system image backup and do not rely on system restore in case of emergency.

I sometimes like a clean install myself and Windows 10 makes that much easier.As long as you have everything important backed.
There is a new Refresh Windows Tool that will make the process very easy and remove bloatware also.

system backup in Win 7 : Go to Control Panel > Backup and Restore (Windows 7) > Create a System Image > then select the location where you want to store the backup and follow the steps.

Not ewewvery software is perfect not even Malwarebytes. I usually venture on their fourm and they have been really busy with MBARW and eventually getting it into MBAM after all the FP and Bugs are taken care of.

Good config just add Zemana or Crystal Security and you're good.

I personally haven't used Crystal heard really good things. (I believe them) But I have tried Zemana (Paid which offers protection) and I love it.

Both are free and have portable versions. Download both portable versions, see which one you enjoy more.

It is a matter of choice since both have sufficient cloud engines to be base for maximum protection at all.

Either for you where many engines are much better but the other one believe that major selected engines already optimize for protection.

Crystal Security has 4 engines :

- Collective cloud : VirusTotal API => if one of the 55 antivirus / anti-malware report a file, you will know it.
- Crystal cloud
- Internal check
- Heuristic check

N.B: some extensions have to be added in the custom options.
