Pixel updates broke the cellular connection from receiving calls and sms which I was unaware of when M3E Android 16 came out with Advanced Protection. Got an iphone immediately as I live in a low reception and high power outage area.
Yeah its intentional since I had forgotten it many times and it was frustrating to visit the SIM center.
