I have been using this program for the last sevaral years. Very happy with it, and it is free.
It has the option for backup encryption which the free version of Macrium Reflect lacks.
I love the ability of just plugging my portable drive in and Veeam doing an incremental backup in the backround and disconnecting the drive aferwards.

If anyone has trouble downloding Veeam send me PM (Veeam ask for a businees email which is a pain)
