I mean smth like Yandex that provide bonus features like DNS crypt, protected mode, https scanning and more...

I guess they created this browser for girls...because of its so cute Imao, I like the GUI myself.
But little slow(consider I have bad interest)if they fix this isuue I will use it as a partner for Yandex.

You can always post a feature request here Feature requests for 1.13 , and the devs will add it to the long list.

Four occasions I installed this browser in the last year and the four times I uninstalled it. In general, it is very, very, very good, but there are others faster and, IMO, more comfortable browsers now.
I do not like the way Bookmarks works and I do not like that not synchronize settings through an email. Yandex, Firefox and Chrome are the way to go.
Now I'm testing it on Linux, where it gets a remarkable result, but I still prefer other options.
In the last year have made great improvements, is a project that is growing very fast and surely will be one of the top three browsers.
When they offer the option to synchronize and improve the management of Bookmarks will be part of my system

FYI the latest Vivaldi update breaks it being run in Sandboxie, upon loading extensions crash then the browser closes.
