Beta version 4.13
Installation advice: This program may contain Potentially Unwanted software.
What "Potentially Unwanted Software" ???
Where did you see the unwanted software on VS site? I have never seen that at anytime.
I highly doubt you will encounter any issues with the VoodooShield installer but I was given the option during the process of creating this thread to tick a box that allowed me to avoid the responsibility should something unforeseen happen, I did.
Edit: boredog, the link doesn't take you to the VS website but I was very alarmed to read that.
Hi what differences between Voodooshield and NVT latest beta ,for windows 10 with emsisoft trial.
There's not really a discussion thread here anymore for VS that I know of, try Calendar of Updates forum.
Yes I have been there for a while now.
Why no more discussion of VS here? Just curious.Thks
You can start a new thread if you like, I don't think it would be a problem?
It's mainly because people want to hear input from the dev, and he does not participate in this forum anymore. He is at the Calendar of Updates forum.
4.15 Stable version.
VoodooShield™ - The User-Friendly Toggling Computer Lock.
New version out: 4.16
1 Is it beta, or does VS update automatically to this version?
2 What issues it is meant to fix?
I'm not sure about these points, not much info from Dan. I will ask on Calendar of Updates.
Thanks. I reported an issue with MS Office updates, just wondering if that is fixed or not...
I would call it a beta but Dan didn't say so I didn't post it, also it still shows 4.15 at Dan's website download.
Noticing Gandolf was blacked out so there must be something odd going on, also COU site is down today?
COU site is back on again.
No answers from Dan yet about what's fixed, but 4.16 has fixed my re-registration issues and works flawless for me.
