Watch News Now Removal Help

I seem to have a persistent presence of the Watch news Now app where their icon continues to be present on websites I need to go to as well as a continuous pop up of new windows that Watch news Now causes to happen. I have run Malwarebytes and Hitman Pro but that didn't fix the problem. I also can't find anything unusual in the apps section to remove. Any and all guidance and help welcome!
