No, there are no guarantees, I did say in my post 'as far I'm aware, which is the best you can do in life & in our physical health apart from our PC/Phones etc - I agree! But we can do our best, & then not worry

Yeah, I did do that for a few years, using scanners such as Kaspersky and Bitdefender and others, but I eventually gave up as they never seemed to find anything. Maybe I'll try that again when I find a moment...
