Yes indeed Chrome likes to save as a web format as wellRite of passage...time marches forward. But, it's heart-wrenching to see the effects sometimes....

This is Phil Collins of Genesis and the "after" picture was at his final appearance in England a day or so ago.
By the way, I had to get an extension for Firefox--"save webP as PNG or JPEG." It seems more and more images are webP format--I had to look this up. But you can't save or upload it in its "webP" state, it has to be converted. Anyone else encounter this?
