They concentrate on Middle east news and I find them to provide factual information for that region, they are not like US news channels who only concentrate on America. If I want to find out what's happening in other parts of the world excluding North America they are a place I go to along with the BBC. I watch them everyday, they'll call out Israel for their war crimes.
They are not independent and are biased like most news but you have to understand who funds them and what they report i.e terrorist sympathizers and propping up dictatorships. IMHO they represent and broadcast the worst of society, the worst of the middle east and the worst of the world giving platforms and support to suicide bombers, regimes killing and murdering their own citizens and terrorist organizations..
I also find the Tate brothers and their ilk deplorable.
