For anyone: Thoma Bravo is a holding company that likes to acquire tech companies. Here's its portfolio, which includes McAfee, Sophos, DigiCert and SolarWinds. Hmmm.

Edit: Fun fact: Sophos cut off anyone who still had a paid subscription to Sandboxie in preparation for its acquisition by Thoma Bravo. In short: they threw SBIE away (to open source). I have forgiven them because the current dev transformed it into something really good. Trash to treasure.
