From the J.D. Power study... does this sound familiar? ;). The only way to fix this, as we all know, is to reduce the number of unwanted alerts as much as possible.
  • Annoyance with driver assistance alerts grows over time: The number of problems related to driver assistance system alerts has increased between the 90-day ownership period and the three-year ownership period. “Many would think that after three years, owners would become used to the alerts on their vehicle,” Hanley said. “However, that is not the case. Increased problem levels are experienced across multiple driver assistance features including, but not limited to, lane departure warning/lane keeping assistance and forward collision warning/automatic emergency braking.”
"alerts" -- I'll have to read that article. I never had an alert in a Tesla. First I've heard of this.

PS re Tesla, the main battery that powers the motors, see my post above, but note the car does have a smaller battery that is independent and powers the electronics, eg, the computer. On the Tesla 3 I leased it crapped out in the 3d year before the lease expired, and that was not well documented or well-flagged in advance. Perhaps lucky that mine crapped out in my garage, Tesla sent a mechanic / tech to our to house replace it.

This is not unique to Tesla... I think they are talking about the alerts are from the driver assistance features on most new ICE and EV cars. It's just funny because we can completely relate to this. Everyone wants safety but they do not want to bother with being an active participant.

This is the car I drive a Toyota Corolla 2010 Hatch.

The car I got is good, it is everything I need and pretty good on gas, but I must say my dream car is a Subaru WRX STI, my most favourite engine sound out there that iconic Subaru rumble.

Electric Cars are Dinky Toys, for me not real cars..... need to hear the Engine and smell the fuems.
there's nothing "dinky" about flooring a high performance Tesla 3, you strain to hold onto the steering wheel and your mind "explodes" with W_T_F! :D -- even better in an S (beyond ludicrous acceleration)
