Agreed "K" is a magnificent choice but if someone already has another AV on their system, then the "K" Anti Ransom Tool is not a bad backupIt's better to just use Kaspersky then...

I made a comment about Appcheck on the 1st page bro.How did this thread go on without Appcheck and Ransomoff?
Hmmm.. .I don't see a free version on their page. You can count on CryptoStopper, it's free for personal use.
I was just saying this on another topic post that I can not use the anti exploit browser protection because if HyperV is on I get conflict with my android emulator. Why not use Windows internal protection?
I have been researching and seems that Appcheck by Checkmal and Kaspersky anti ransomware are the best, but anyone seen any recent full tests with checkmal?
(looking at your avatar) I LOVE Infinity Train btw!I use Bitdefender for complete protection. It also has a dedicated Ransomware protection module.
Controlled Folder Access is ON and I'm trying to stick with it, I really am. But I feel like it's slowly becoming like a Swiss Cheese with all the apps and services let thru in order for even Windows things to WORK.Why not use Windows internal protection?
Yes I watched the protection videos and on the word of advice from @cruelsister I am using it now!For anyone that may have missed it, there is this test of Kaspersky Antiransomware:
