What do you use to archive files

I use Explzh and very rare 7zip

I used it at one time and it wasn't bad. Lack of Polish language is the only barrier. The program is quite powerful as for a Japanese archiviser.

7zip is a no-brainer. Lightest and can achieve the smallest archive size.
I might switch to the 7zip fork NanaZip once they implement MOTW (Mark of The Web).

MOTW is for me the reason why I use Bandizip for my unpacking needs (I don't do advanced stuff with it).

Me too. I bought it for the first time. I am learning case uses for it.
Most use of WinRAR for me would be:
We can compress and store files that are not used frequently.

Also, if I want to email several files to someone.

So now 7-zip is a very good alternative to Bandizip what had this feature MOTW since a few years.

WINRAR, mostly because I'm used to it from the beginning of time.
Tried 7zip on and off, but for some reason couldn't bring myself to use it in the long run.

Yup. On MacOS I run the third party The Unarchiver to open RAR. files.

I use 7-Zip because it has 2 panel view, which makes moving files after archiving easier.
