I use Koofr, Tresorit and OneDrive. I purchased a lifetime Koofr license for $20 and am using the free versions of Tresorit and OneDrive. Koofr and Tresorit work well to automatically backup some selected files and folders when files are modified and use very little CPU time. I was using Ashampoo Backup Pro to backup to OneDrive, but currently it is not working and I need to find an alternative app to do the same..

They also offer the TALK option... I am using them for more than a year and I have to say they are amazing... I wanted to upgrade my plan and they told me that soon they will launch their new service which is going to be way cheaper. Just FYI if you wanna order
