My Thoughts
I did not like the goofy tone of the first trailer for this.But it was still good to hear that there was going to be a new V/H/S movie.
My brother GC and I watched this movie over the weekend.
It was about average, and somewhat disappointing.
We did not like the campy tone throughout most of it.
We also felt that many of the shorts went on longer than they should have.
They could have at least fit in another short if they had shortened the others.
Our favorite short was Ut Supra Sic Infra.
We hope that this franchise will keep a more serious tone overall in the future.

My Thoughts
This and Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 1 are my favorite anime of the year so far.
This was like a comfort anime for me.
I looked forward to watching it after work each day.
When watching this anime, I was not worried about anything else, and would just relax & focus.
I did not expect to like this anime, so this anime was a surprise.
I definitely would recommend watching it, and I would rate it a 4 – 5 out of 5.
It somehow combines fantasy, adventure, dungeon crawling, comedy, action, cooking, et cetera.
There are even some serious moments that catch you by surprise.
The world building is surprisingly good, and probably better than Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End.
I did not want this show / season to end.
When this season ended, I was not sure what to watch or do next.
And I missed watching this show after work.

My Thoughts
I have finally seen this award-winning film thanks to Netflix.While I did not like it as much as I had expected or as much as the critics.
I still did like it and think that it is a pretty good film.
The thriller / tension aspects are some of my favorite parts of this movie.
Watching, wondering if the characters would get caught, and whether their plans would fail.
The actors and actresses had good chemistry.
They did a good job acting like a real family.
I would probably rate this movie a 4 out of 5, and I would recommend seeing it at least once.

I saw this a few years ago. Oscar winner Best film 2020. I don't recall the specifics other than it was very good. (first foreign language film (non-English) to win Best Picture. (metascore 97/100) Now I have to watch it again
Watching series Black Rabbit on Netflix (8 episodes) good acting, gritty New York City story -- family drama centered around a restaruant / club scene. Not finding it listed in IMDB_dot_com! Tension builds as you work thru the episodes.
I'm watching the entire detective series Columbo (on series 3) I forgot I had them on DVD, as I still have a player, its a bit of a pain swapping discs but no ads! - Its actually kept well considering the time in LA Columbo was made, I might rip them but its probably not worth it ?

It was not as good as we had expected, it was longer than it should have been, but we did not hate it.
We just did not like it as much as the critics, it is not the best movie of the year, in our opinion.
I will probably post my review this week, which will mostly be what I just said now.
Hopefully you will enjoy it more than we did.
It was still nice going to a movie theater again, though, and it was not crowded.
I like that show too, enough that I have a couple of seasons on DVD and it was my forum name on the old Bitdefender forum.
