Thank you for sharing your thoughts,
@goodjohnjr! I agree that this second season begins with a very different tone compared to the first: the dynamic focuses more on showing the vulnerability and fragility of human beings, trapped in the desolation of a hostile world where loneliness seems to devour hope.
What makes it even more engaging is that between those passages there are moments of calm, almost like breaths of relief, contrasted with others full of intrigue and storm. That alternation gives the story a very special rhythm.
I won’t give away spoilers, but I can confess that episode 4 truly made my eyes “shine”; it was so intense that a few tears slipped down my cheek.
I’m glad to know you’ve already started enjoying it, and I’m sure you’ll find more moments that will touch you in a very personal way.
