Tonight: corned beef with rice and veggies.

Hope that was slow cooked in a crock pot, actually sounds really yummy about now.

Throwing shrimp in the air fryer tonight, going to feast. Not sure what I'm going to have with it just yet, may improvise as the day goes.

Inverter and DC is the same. Refers to being able to reduce the fan electricity as opposed to using pulse modulation (very quick on and off) to drive at lower speed. This helps maintain precise speed. In this case, induction motor is used instead of brushed one, which reduces noise and extends its lifetime.

You’ll definitely enjoy state of the art appliance for many years to come. Mine’s already 4-5 years old and still going. I wanna get one of these modern ones, but I can’t throw away a working appliance.

Lou Malnati's veggie pizza delivered frozen all the way from Chicago to my front door via FedEx. For when I'm homesick, or pizza_hungry. I try to eat only 1 month. Seems like a luxury but NOT that expensive when you buy several at a time compared to local pizza -- hard to find great pizza here.

deep dish, the crust. I think they are better in-person, but still good frozen and heated in your oven.
