I had fun putting together a hypothetical ranking of adblockers extensions with the lowest MiB usage:

  1. uBlock Stripped - Dynamic Filtering = 3.27 MiB
  2. uBlock Origin = 4.38 MiB
  3. Ghostery = 7.4 MiB
  4. uBol = 9.2 MiB
  5. AdGuard Browser Extension = 28.45 MiB
A few thoughts.
uBol isn't much "lite" than uBo, and it even exceeds Ghostery in terms of MiB.
AG, according to browser task manager, consumes 120 MB of memory if only ad and annoyance lists enabled; it may increase to 270 MB with more lists.
Ghostery 70-90 MB
uBO 70-80 MB
uBOL 20-40 MB (not all the time, during browsing only)

@Parkinsond is right you have to look at memory usage not packed size

uBlock Stripped
- packed 3,3
- memory 30-40 also not all the time, but using AG base and offering Worry-free safe browsing and power tools like Cosmetic element picker, Cookie consent clicker, Dynamic DNR filtering and Privacy Inspector.

:-)
Waiting to reach a reasonable level of maturity to try; great work 👏

Perhaps for forum members who use 200,000 or more subscribed rules in their filter lists.
As you can see, with 3 tabs open, my RAM usage in uBlock Origin is below the value you estimated.

I am stuck to using AdGuard web extension as it allows me to export/import my settings which include all my whitelisted websites.

With the new uBlock Lite, you cannot import your whitelist as text, I would have to whitelist each of the websites that I don't want filtered which would take me days.

The other alternative is AdBlocker Ultimate, it allows importing a whitelist using text based entries but the darn thing keeps nagging you for feedback and to leave a review every day.

Ghostery?

the more lists you got, the more your hardware works on maintaining a balance between performance & stability, that's your device/OS kernel scheduling job.

but it very much depends on what those list that you have, actually do. HOSTS files on a mobile device are brainless and it harms and halters the performance for no gain at all, the gain is very little because an Android device cannot filter all those IP's, redirects and backdoor endpoints, this again, is a, blunt example of difference between platforms and hardware segment, hence why raspberries or other type of devices such as laptops, are meant for this job, even if they run a entry DDR2 CPU.

so in the end, you're left with the fact that nowadays android devices are 10 times more powerful than the first intel's quad core gama, but it doesn't mean you shouldn't be aware of the limits. Faster hardware doesn't mean that the sky has no limits
