Which is the best Antivirus for Real-Time protection (Heuristic / Behaviour)?

please suggest an antivirus which provides the best real-time protection

All security with real-time protection provides good protection, but it comes down to you, as the end user.

The question should be "Are you good enough to protect your own PC without getting infected with malware?"

Because you cannot be dependent on a security solution to save your behind from Ransomware or Malware, if you ignore the warnings.

I vote for, not one, but all options.

There are threads here that you can read up on also, because there is no best. Nothing is best.

thanks for the advice, yes they provide good protection but I want to see which behavior or Heuristic blocker is better( i think there is best)

Definitely what Spawn said. Do a little trial of the ones you think you will like and go from there. My personal preference is Avast since I have used it so long.

There is no 'best' protection to be honest. Every AV will perform differently in different situations.

If you're looking for my opinion I generally recommend Avast or Bitdefender to those looking for a free antivirus and Kaspersky Internet Security to those looking for a paid solution.

Kaspersky or Emsisoft hands down the best ones. Bitdefender for free solution.
Please remember that nothing is perfect, every AV may experience bypasses - always use your brain

but that's not enough, I would choose default-deny solution like Comodo
Comodo IS = AV + Behavior + HIPS + Sandbox + Whitelist + Firewall + FREE

Hello,I voted Bitdefender,but where is Kaspersky,While Bitdefender does everything for you,the point is you can tweak Kaspersky more.

I vote for f-secure cuz I used avast and now I'm using F-Secure, I can see deep guard is very aggressive
I consider avast as Avg, Truly I think Avg is better than avast but avast bought Avg:/

i want to improve I'm using fs protection(beta), I want to know what is the best real time protection between all and decide

I think it was an oversight not to include Kaspersky on the list.
Last poll I saw on MT, most users considered Kaspersky to be the best AV in zero-day protection.

I'll go for Kaspersky invariably for behavior protection and complementary behavior control (restrictions), followed by Bitdefender.
BD also has a very impressive behavior blocker ie. ATC, sometimes better than Kasp (and you know, sometimes the opposite), but I consider usability and configuration abilities very important and BD lacks both.
Emsisoft has my vote for guys who can handle enough behavioral alerts and have a good conscience here when taking decisions.

As far as heur is concerned — Avira, Kasp and BD (not sure about ESET though it has one of the best definitions) are all in the front, probably in the same order.

Regarding behavioral control system I vote for Emsisoft.
It is very responsive and often zealous, but it is a good thing and with these warning messages, to be able to infect your computer becomes really difficult.

I chose other as I think Kaspersky is as good as it gets. But, out of those options I'd choose Comodo or Emsisoft.
