Question Who is willing to test a new uBlock Stripped with dynamic filtering?

Please provide comments and solutions that are helpful to the author of this topic.

I don't want to disturb your holiday, but I've an issue with playing video's on youtube, even when I whitelist youtube or turn off the extension (after clicking on the icon). However the not intended solution is simple: the video's play as soon I disable the extension in te Manage extensions panel (Brave browser). I didn't examine the F12 findings. Therefore I'm too lazy in this warm weather (also most other days).

Does it play for a while? What browser are you using? When I enabled both Adguard extension and Brave adblocker in Brave I used to get this problem from time to time. I am using AG base filter and Chromium based browsers try to keep the cache alive which might explain why whitelisting does not help.

Try whitelisting Youtube when you use a browser with build-in adblock. Close browser by quiting the browser completely to kill the cache, then restart and check whether the problem persists.

In the Dynamic DNR filtering option I now have an indication for critical resource, I will also add an indicator whether it is recommended to block by checking ControlD using OISD large or ControlD's own Ad&Tracking DOH server. When it is NOT a critical resource AND ddg-tracker-db says it is a tracker AND Controld (OISD or their P2) does not resolve it, it is recommended to block this 3P-tracker.

Like Privacy Inspector I could add a "Block all recommended" button, to Dynamic DNR filtering to make it easier. I will play with the idea when I am back and have finished the course I have to update.

EDIT: I discovered that Easy Privacy has a third-party adult-trackers-list (< 400 servers), I could also add those as recommended.

I found the culprit. It was one of my custom ABP rules. I should have investigated it earlier. Sorry I bothered you.
