I was just browsing through Wilders, when I saw "Enhanced Protected Mode" in one of the signatures.
I see you're using IE10 Metro (which has EPM enabled by default), but you can enable it in normal IE10 from the Internet Options > Advanced > Settings, then restart your computer.

Update: Installed Ubuntu using WUBI. So I am havimg a dual boot of the Ubuntu 12.04 and Windows 7.

It is fine on mine, but on other PCs it did not work. Maybe a problem with firewall settings.
