My thinking level is spot-on and based in reality. People obtain a PhD in IT, and still yet they use the word "password" for password. The result of their actions is that an entire company network is hacked and $80,000,000 in funds is stolen.
Security software is not the answer. Changing people is the solution. IT security indoctrination needs to begin at an early age and continue through university. And effective IT security standards need to be mandated by law. To this very day, there are no effective IT security standards enacted by any government.
