WinRar since forever, it's fast and has a nice interface.Used others also, Power Archiver probably the most.Way back though.

You need to have 360TotalSecurity installed to enable the trojan scan. So... kind of useless.

I personally use WinRAR using the same license for 6 years now. Bandizip is also good and can easily recommend someone who don't want to use WinRAR. 7zip is another popular option, but their user interface looks outdated in Windows 10 not sure if they changed it or not.

I prefer WinRar, when you want to "extract here" it's not in a submenu. Also, the logo allows it to stand out from the default windows option.

How did you do it?
Also, when I was using 7zip, I had the default built in windows option to extract files, how come you don't?

I don't have it installed right now but you can check for cascaded context menu option in:
Tools menu -> Options -> Plugins -> System
