Battle WinRar or 7Zip? What's your favourite?

Which Program do you use? Which is your favourite?

Was using Winzip in the late 90's when i was teenager and didn't knew better, and i always hated it. Tried 7zip and liked it, but not a fan of the UI. So I've been with Winrar for the last decade or so.

Using 7Zip for as long as I can remember and have only "tested" out a few alternatives and found that 7Zip is best suited for me. I would always install it on a fresh install of Windows without realizing it.

I use 7-Zip because I prefer open source tools if available. It's not fancy, but it meets my needs.

7-zip purely because its Free, Open Source & for its ability to significantly compress far greater than Winzip or Winrar with its .7z format.

I used 7zip in the past. It is light but slow on updates and it has an outdate UI.

WinRAR because it handles the Self-Extracting Archives better than 7zip

PeaZip is my favorite third-party compression software. It's pretty easy to figure out, and it supports a huge number of file types. Its website has very good articles for compression education.
