If you can run program successfully but crash when do a scan, plz check whether you installed correct VC++ runtime

Hello, it works well on my computer(Windows 11) and VMs(Windows 7 & Windows 10), both 32-bit & 64-bit version
Could you please provide basic info about your OS? Windows version, build number, timezone, etc

I downloaded the x64 version from Your site, 1st link from Your site. W11 Pro 24H2 stable channel fully updated (Spanish + UTC + 2 now). I have KES 12.9.0.384 installed + KeyScrambler 3.18

if problem still exists at present, plz check following things:
- checksum of downloaded archive
32-bit version archive SHA256: 95aada45e642ef3851d0eb76a9253d3f8804d4094627e1dc387568299c5eb401
64-bit version archive SHA256: 0533ef8cc2525da10fcf4e3e89bb131fe076efcb94490cf36476b9b933455d3b
- Visual C++ 2022 runtime
- try to add exclusion to your security products
