He could make a new thread for the Xvirus Portable Scanner to announce it however since the engine is linked to Xvirus Personal Guard itself, it may just be easier for him to announce it on this thread and keep it within one than have a new thread to manage as well (not to mention it'd get more publicity by announcing it here as many people would already be following this thread automatically due to having involvement with it somehow - e.g. replying).

I was thinking yesterday to suggest you the exact same thing.
My thought is to consider to keep one of these programs so you can enhance it even more.

Keep Xvirus Personal Guard, maybe embed the firewall within it as a protection component?

If you embedded the firewall component into Xvirus Personal Guard it may also improve protection against ransomware since you may be able to catch out connections trying to send the private key/s to the server. As for other malware types like botnets, you may be able to catch out the connections from the malicious software trying to send/receive to the Command and Control (C&C) server.
It will on next update. But it should stopped it from running.
Yes, it would be great if you could combine them. But I believe Personal Guard is more popular.
