I think I know what caused this issue. Did you open Xvirus Startup Optimizer before starting the installation?

I first uninstall Xvirus, terminate processes and after this install new version.

No need to uninstall it. The new installer will update it without losing settings.

It's unchecked because you already installed Xvirus and you're just reinstalling/updating it.
