Xvirus already has a behavior blocker. You can enable some settings that are not enabled by default on the settings.

Tried a worm sample. It did run knowing that there is a copy of it in the Windows folder and an entry at HKLM\...\Run, but it blocked and quaranteen the process. Even if you reboot, the worm is not executed.
